A printed ceremony programme (order of service, names, readings and thanks) can be added to the front or back, with custom text and layout confirmed before production. Minimum order is 100 pieces, and personalised orders with a printed programme need 15 working days; express delivery can be arranged for urgent dates. Together with the paper and silk ranges, this range accounts for the majority of seasonal demand, concentrated between April and August, and couples typically order 100 to 300 pieces depending on the size of the wedding. Wedding planners ordering across multiple ceremonies in a season are quoted on a trade basis. Pricing is confirmed per quote.

Can you print our order of service on the fan?
Yes, this is one of our most requested options. The order of service, names, readings and thanks are printed on the front or back, so guests use the fan during the ceremony and keep the programme afterwards. Send your text and layout preference and we return a proof.
How far ahead should we order?
We recommend six weeks ahead of your date. Standard lead time is a minimum of three weeks, and personalised orders with a printed programme need 15 working days. In peak wedding season, personalised lead times can extend to three to four weeks.
Can we mix colours within one order?
Yes, colourways can be combined within the same order at no extra step, useful for wedding parties or mixed table settings.
Do wedding planners get a trade rate?
Planners ordering across multiple ceremonies in one season are quoted on a trade basis. Mention that you are ordering on behalf of multiple events when you submit your request.
